What makes LOOP special?
LOOP enriches the lives of seniors from across the globe connecting them through engaging virtual classes, events and content, creating unparalleled emotional bonds and easing the pain of social isolation; building a community one human being at a time.
How do we connect?
Any device you may have: phone, laptop or ipad to connect to the web or simply a call. Please call us at 877-909-LOOP (5667) or email us at info@theloopvillage.com should you need hands-on support in understanding how to connect to our events.
What if I don’t have a device?
We can walk you through deciding what device suits you best and how to obtain it.
Do I need internet access?
If using a computer, you will need wifi internet access. However, LOOP is also made to be accessed via Smart Phone which uses your cell phone plan for internet access.
What about safety in the village?
We take pride in thoroughly vetting our LOOP staff so you can feel safe that they are here for you. Our hosts are also always monitoring for inappropriate chat or video content.
Is there cyber security?
Your information is safe with LOOP. Your information is not shared or sold.
Can my family members participate?
Yes, we are about building a community between LOOP members and their families.
Will I have fun?
Yes, we offer a free 30 day trial so you can see for yourself what an incredible community we’ve built. We have so many options of entertainment that we are sure you’ll find events that suit you to have a great time!
Do I have to be a member?
We understand you’d probably like to experience our amazing LOOP community before becoming an official member. We offer a 30 day free trial, no strings attached, so that you can enjoy our events and get to know us. We’d love to see you soon!
Do I have to turn my camera on?
Absolutely not, we are here to simply add companionship, fun events, and interesting travel to your day. Whether you turn your camera on or not, is completely up to you. If or when you feel comfortable turning your camera on, we will be happy for you to join us at your pace.
Can we first meet with a phone call?
Yes, phone calls are a great way to start. We’re here to answer all of your questions and tell you more about our community. Simply call us at 877-909-LOOP (5667).
Can I choose and try a different experience each week?
Absolutely! We have over 30 different events per week. You’re welcome to join as many as you’d like so that you can get to know us and learn what you enjoy most during your 30 free trial. All of these events will be available to you, should you choose to become a member.
Can I make a request for experiences?
Absolutely! We would love your feedback and requests.
Will I make new friends?
For sure, 100% our LOOP Village is all about introductions and making new friends within our community. Our hosts and village buddies are committed to making new connections for our members.
Is this only for the United States?
We are a global virtual community. Everyone from anywhere are welcome.

You can add a secondary email and phone number for profile sharing in your member area. Simply log in, go to your profile section, and follow the provided instructions to add these details
